ROOFTOP ARTIFICIAL GRASS INSTALLATION – TINSLEY MEADOWS PRIMARY ACADEMY, SHEFFIELD

We completed a large-scale artificial grass installation at Tinsley Meadows Primary School in Sheffield, transforming the rooftop into a safe and inviting play area for pupils. With the addition of artificial grass, the space is now a bright, soft surface perfect for outdoor activities and play.

Our team managed the full process, starting with the removal of loose gravel, which was lifted down in tonne bags. Using a contract lift, we then carefully lifted the new materials up to the roof and installed durable artificial grass sections designed to withstand heavy use.

Artificial grass is an excellent choice for schools in Sheffield and across South Yorkshire, providing a low-maintenance, all-weather surface that stays green and usable year-round. By upgrading this rooftop, Tinsley Meadows Primary has gained a brand-new play and learning space without the upkeep demands of natural turf.
